Driving is an excellent transportation option in this area. Most houses for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not very suitable for walking because very few common errands can be run on foot. The bicycle is a rather limited mode of transportation in this area since the terrain is not especially flat, and the cycling infrastructure is quite bad.
