The neighbourhood of Coal Harbour is part of the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

This neighbourhood is a great neighbourhood with regards to travelling without a car. Active property owners will value the very walk-friendly nature of this area; most daily needs are very convenient to meet on foot, and many businesses of different types can be found as well. A fair number of residents in the area use their bike as the bicycling infrastructure is reasonably comprehensive, and bike-share stations are never more than a short distance away. Owing to Burrard Station on the Expo Skytrain, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines, Coal Harbour is very transit friendly. In contrast, driving is a rather limited transportation option in this part of Vancouver since the street layout is not very conducive to cars, and coming across a parking spot is not very easy.

Both general and specialty grocery stores are ordinarily accessible within a very short walk from anywhere in this neighbourhood.
