Robert Woodland

Born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia, Rob has intimate knowledge of the many unique neighbourhoods that make the Greater Victoria region such a desirable place to live. Rob studied at the University of Victoria completing Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Public Administration degrees. He brings over twenty-five years of management experience to the team from his career at the Victoria Conference Centre and Victoria City Hall. Rob has a thorough understanding of municipal zoning bylaws and regulations, and the growth strategies that will guide residential and commercial development in the Capital Region. Building trust, creating effective working relationships and successfully negotiating agreements were the hallmarks of Rob's municipal government career, and are the cornerstones of his new career in real estate.
